This is good enough, just to store your FLACs on your phone.
Someone check my maths.
1,500,000 megabyte at 10 megabyte per second that's 150,000 seconds = 2500 minutes = 41 hours =1.7 days to sequentially write to the card from empty to full.
Nice….
What’s the sustained write speeds like? Could it be used in a laptop for retro or older games? Wonder if this will do as well or better than Samsung pro plus.
Class 10 = 10MB/s (megabytes per second sequential sustained non fragmented write speed.)
I get the theoretical spec but I mean in practice. I recently bought a Silicon Power 1TB microSDXC UHS-I Micro SD Card C10 U3 V30 A2 and whilst in theory it should've been great, it seemed to drop in speed significantly after writing >5GB.
Imagine having using this for plex library.
Got one for my steam deck. Hopefully it's quick enough!!
I paid $1 per MB for a card for my first digital camera - this card is worth more than my house!
I did a short trip to Japan in 2001, and rang dad just to melt his brain… 1-2-8 MB compact flash!*
By wild memory, it was $145 (?) when I never even saw them available in Aus.That held more 1.9mp photos than our Nikon Coolpix 800 knew how to handle
Good for legion go?
$185!

V10 too slow for 4K video.
