      Same. I've watched every season of Grey's Anatomy so I'm pretty much a fully qualified surgeon. Might change careers next year.

    Yeah, the 'free' is just to lure people into downloading it and then use IAP's to make it's money, essentially just a demo a best.

    To quote one of the reviews: "On the other hand, the base game only gets you access to 3 planes, and most features are aggressively paywalled behind in absolutely ridiculous $40/year subscription."
