  • Only orders made after you 'Start' this challenge will qualify for the bonus Cashback.
  • Available while redemptions last.
  • The $2 bonus Cashback is in addition to the regular Cashback you'll receive ordering at Boost Mobile.
  • The $2 bonus will be added to your account once your regular Cashback turns Confirmed.

    I give up. Always errors when trying to buy a boost sim. Even with different name, email, jumbled up address etc

      Just try the activation once, then jump straight on to chat and they can help with the activation.

        Yeah, activation has been down for my account since early 2023. had to go via live chat all of the times

        I often have activation issues trying to activate through windows, in the past I'd do it through chat, but I've found if I scan the QR code on the Sim pack with my phone, then log-in, then activate, I never have an issue…

      I went on boost chat to report them problem then I sent the chat transcript to shopback support. Now I can buy again without any errors.

      Had to change my delivery address to bypass it last time.

      I had recently moved out of home and it kept erroring out until I manually put my old address in.

    I know for Cashrewards you have to activate within 30 days to receive cashback, but what about ShopBack?

      It also states the same on SB page:

      SIM must be activated within 30 days of ordering.

      Whether it is actually enforced or not, is a different question.

    Finally able to order after many months of something wrong. However it hasn't tracked and already more than 9 hours since purchase. Never experienced this lag before so $2 challenge is still unused.

    Should I cancel the order and rebuy? Haven't cancelled a Boost order before either

    Tried to cancel this order with Boost as it hasn't tracked but couldn't. SIM hasn't been posted yet:

    From Boost live chat: I see, please be advised that Cashback/Shopback is a third party. We don't have access on that link. Since we only have an offer on our boost website.

    And also, please be advised that we can't also cancel your order if the reason is changing your mind. We can only cancel the order if the sim has been faulty or damage

    Since you already have the order number it means your ordered SIM has been process. Let me check this for you.

    Upon checking here I can see that your order has been process and release by the system. Please be advised that it no longer able to cancel your order.

    You asked for feedback in my email. I've spent a lot of time recently chasing these incorrect cashbacks. Currently my eBay and Chemist Warehouse orders are also not tracking correctly and not sorted yet.

    ShopBack deals seem to have a lot of discrepancies and T&Cs don't match in the recent deals I looked at.

    I hope there will be improvements soon as the money saved isn't worth the time spent in chasing the cashback. I have already reduced shopping via ShopBack recently due to these hassles

      Hey @trixieb! Just a heads up about Boost Mobile Cashback. It usually tracks within 2 days of your purchase, so keep an eye on your account – you should see it by May 8th or 9th!

      If it's not there by then, no worries! You can easily report missing Cashback yourself through this link: http://www.shopback.com/account/missingCashback. It helps us investigate faster.

      Just a couple more things: report the amount before taxes or fees, and do one report at a time.
