  • Good deal but it was cheaper at JB Hi Fi a few days ago.

For a non gamer who keeps laptops for 5 to 8 years, which out of the Acer Aspire E15 and this Dell is the best long term buy?

      • +1

I would suggest the Dell would be better in the long term.

  • Sort of related question, to purchase this through Ebay, is it possible to split payments via 2 different credit cards?

    • +1

Using PayPal you could transfer money to your PP balance and then use the other credit card to pay for the rest.

I missed out on the JB deal. How does this laptop compare with this Lenovo?

    https://www.lenovo.com/au/en/laptops/thinkpad/thinkpad-edge/…

    • +3

For the extra $95.80 that the Lenovo sets you back you get a 128gb SSD vs 1TB HDD and a 14" IPS Full-HD Monitor. VS 15.6" TN Full-HD Monitor & Gigabit Ethernet Connection vs 100mbps Ethernet Connection

      The rest is the same.

I think the extra cost for those things is a fair price and i would get the Lenovo

Thank you for your response! With the Cashrewards, the Lenovo's price comes down a bit and make the price differential even less.

  • Can anyone find similar laptop deal?
