This thing's been around for years, but still does a fantastic job. I would recommend it especially at this price.

Would you recommend it for all its functions? Need a slow cooker, haven’t yet used a pressure cooker but heard good things.

      • +1

Yes. The pressure cooker function rocks. Buy buy buy

        • Cheers!

  • This or the premium ver? The premium was roughly $190 at Costco a couple of months ago. Does the premium worth the extra $60-70?

    • Costco one had two insert bowls non-stick and stainless

  • i already have a old school crockpot and pressure cooker..

what can you cook with this?

    • The same stuff

  • Does this have the ceramic or stainless steel cooking surface?

I have this model and it's fantastic. Much better than the Tefal Cook4me it replaced.

Amazon information is incorrect, it's 1300w not 1000w. This means it sautés much better and reaches a higher pressure.

    • Is there is two models of this one 1000w and one 1300w

      • @asa79 - The Philips website lists it as 1300w.

I bought this from Amazon and it's definitely 1300w.

        • I double checked, you were right the 2137 is the 1000w version

    • What’s wrong with the cook4me?

  • Anyone know if this is better than the Breville fast slow cooker?

  • ? Sold out. Not available for me

  • Tempted but I wanted a bigger one for use as a stock/bone broth maker and ended up going with this 8L one:
