      no once only. wbc cards numbers are the same. also if you have multiple westpac credit cards you will only get cash back on the first card used as i found out the hard way. let me know if anyone had success using more then 1 different wbc cards types?

    Negative of this deal is that you have to be associated with Australia's money laundering bank. It also has anti-consumer friendly UI to boot!

      Comm Bank also had an issue with money laundering. Is only ANZ and NAB free of scandals in this sense?

        Hahaha Commbank? Has CBA gotten 23 million occurances as well? Fact is for Westpac to get that many, they simply dont give a rats arse. If you have issues one day whilst under them, you'll be pleased that they will also entertain you with the same rats arse attitude.

          CBA got hit for 53,000 breaches of AML legislation, and some pretty bad rep for intentionally charging dead people for services. They're hardly a paragon of good banking behaviour.

          Put bluntly, they're all pretty crap. If you want an ethical bank, start looking at your local credit unions and mutuals.

    FYI modern browsers don't show the name of the company on EV certificates any more, and they don't show a green padlock either. You have to manually verify by looking at the certificate properties.

    As a general rule, you should never link to a bank's online banking anyway.

      Firefox is a modern browser and it had Westpac banking corporation on clicking the padlock.

        That's what I said - you have to look at the certificate properties. The post saying "check it says Westpac Banking Corporation" which it doesn't immediately do.

          Hmm on Firefox desktop it's one click but on Chrome mobile it's several clicks.
