In their ASX announcement on 12 January 2021, the company (Plenti) advised that its credit performance is strong and leads the industry, with low levels of losses and 90+ day loan payment arrears declining to 0.32%.

  Current market rate for 5-Year term is only 4.7%..big drop from 6-7% only one year ago.

    Currently capped at 6.5% as well, curious to see what borrowers are actually being charged and what margin plenti is getting

  Yeah. I had a horrible experience with Plenti (Formally known as Ratesetter). Stay away.

      A few things.

      Miscalculation of what's owed to me (finally sorted out, after finding my way to one of their C level).

      Late payments / returns of my capital.

      Lock you in, and then lowers the rates.
