      what

Always love how we have these sterilisers …while kids chew on your shoes the moment you turn your back. Definitely a paradigm shift coming (or going back) with so many allergies.

  • Not a fan of plastic bottles personally, use Phillips avent glass, no issues… Each to their own though.

Can generally use any brand steriliser.

Protip: Never overheat stored mother's milk when warming up for baby as it will destroy nutrients
    https://earthmamadoulas.com/baby/how-do-you-heat-up-breast-m…

  • Only issue if baby is born in private hospital, midwives will tell your wife to buy a medela pump as that’s what they will use at the hospital, which these bottles won’t work with
Just as some advice for blokes who wanna impress wives with this, then it gets put on fb market place a week later.

This isn't the pump, just the bottles and steriliser

    • Ozbargainers would buy a Spectra pump, which is ~300. Medela pumps cost about $100/m to rent.

Medelas use a narrow neck bottle. Spectras use a wide neck bottle, so is compatible with Tommee Tippee and Philips Aventis
