Websites to Buy Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra from Overseas

Hi guys, I’m thinking to buy S7MaxV Ultra.

How do people go about buying from say Chinese or any overseas websites and use delivery services to have it delivered to Australia?

I know Tao bao is a good one. For buying.

If it broke down a week after you purchased it, what would you do?
I buy plenty of stuff from overseas, but only low value, or with an international warranty.

Don't do this unless you want to end up with a very expensive door stopper that would greet you in Mandarin.

Chinese local robo vac models have different firmware and different app, are locked into local severs they need to connect and most importantly they usually need a local mobile number to register an account with the App.

  • Having local warranty support is a must. My Roborock from a few years ago developed a random sensor issue and the local distributor was quick to send replacement parts under warranty which was appreciated. The app also appears to have some kind of georestrictions as well so I'd just be careful (or check forums online) to ensure it'll work seamlessly here.
