    Adidas customer service is non existance. if you are doing refund expect a long time before you see your money back and you have to chase their offshore no clue customer service multiple times.

      Usually they refund within week of receiving back , I have got mine twice in a week

          Considering reordering and returning the previous items, but sounds like it might not be worth the hassle. Anyone else have good experience with returns?

            I ordered the wrong size so I ordered another in the correct size while I arranged the return.

            The whole process was automated and hassle free. Got my refund a few days after they received the return

    • I've recently purchased a few pair of shoes from Nike, they all came from Netherlands (2 separate orders) so might've taken a tad longer, (2-3wks)

      One of the pairs I bought were on sale for 120 and is now further discounted to 100 with my size still available, managed to use online chat to get the 20$ difference refunded, and got the money within 5hrs (paypal)

      defs a happy customer with Nike, was a fan of Adidas during ultraboost's popularity, hype has worn off but pricing is still hella high, not much decent looking selections outside of it either.

      Still waiting for refund of a return received by them on 15/12. 2 phone calls later still haven’t got any email or anything from them. Talking to some clueless Indian who says she has has to ask the ppl at another team to process the refund. Effing useless. Should just do a straight chargeback on the amex.

    It took a month to get my order, and 3 weeks for a refund.

    I honestly am not interested in ordering from them again at this stage.

    Probably good for some Golf clothing tho. Are the Golf Club Bags any good?

    UA outlet had buy 6 and get 60% off already discounted clothing, pretty cheap for Golf clothing.

    Their delivery and customer service is shit. Will never buy from their online store again. Waited 1 month for last order. Eventually requested to cancel. They only cancelled 1 item and sent the other 2 items anyway and then had to go through refund process twice.

      They wouldn't cancel for me, I asked at 2 weeks, 3 weeks and then they shipped it express and I drove to the post office and returned it.

      Didn't even open my box.

        Yah, I did the exact same with the stuff that they wouldn't cancel. Didn't open the box and returned it with auspost printing the new label.

        Their online chat just pathetic. 1min idle and u get disconnected. They tell u they will need to look into the order or whatever which takes ages, u have to constantly type something else the idle kicks in. It’s like they setup the system so u will get sick of it and piss off. Facebook page also get no reply for several days.

        Yep I got that deal plus cashback. Ordered 18 Nov shipped 6 Dec. Maybe I was unlucky

    I attempted to place an order but it said payment failed and to try again, so I did. Now I have two order numbers and two debits to my account. Have sent a message to them via Facebook as offered as an option by them but given peoples experience above it doesn’t sound like this will be a pleasant experience.

    My last order with Adidas took over a month. Yes things happen but the way they dealt with the delay that did my head in. Contacted them via webchat and social media several times and I got the same generic replies. Wait another 3-5days etc. My order was made before the Black Friday sales but they still stuck with it's a busy period excuse. They only gave me an option to cancel the order a month after purchase date. By that time I was like hmm…. Oh and they gave me a 30% off coupon for the hassle after I received my shoes but it's not stackable and only valid with full priced items. Woo hoo!
    I've had good experiences in the past with Adidas because nothing went wrong but boy are they useless when things go wrong.

    Can't login because website says need to verify age. Can't verify age because I can't login. On the same account I used several times to purchase shoes.

    As with last two times this deal came up, the only remaining stuff is uncommon sizes or just plain OOS. Adidas clearly just pushing hard to clear their inventory of unsellable stuff
