So how do I activate? Does it have to be in from the app? And do I just pay with eligible Westpac card and it will have the bonus? Or is there a "special" Westpac section in the app? Thx
First you'll need to link your westpac card to your shopback account. Then there will be a tile in the westpac section in the app which you'll need to click in and activate. Then you need to pay the full balance with your westpac card. If you use any cashback balance then that amount won't count towards your spend for the challenge.
I received the GC by email but it wont open I've raised a ticket with S.B

I've never had such an issue before. they weren't sent to the same email either.
I had the same issue once as you and @geillis on my phone.
If you get the blank screen on your phone, but the share arrow at top right is visible, tap that, share to your browser and the redirect should happen.
Thanks, I sent it by email when I tried to open got the message oops something went wrong and an emoji. Harry and I have swapped multiple emails today and eventually somehow the Coles voucher DID appear. No sign of the other one. I am more than a little tired of shopback.
Also $2 on $50 amazon going (4%)
