I am on unlimited 180gb plan which expired on 14 Dec.
I have 52gb free bonus data which expires in 34days ( i.e 01Jan2024) and $10 credit.
For renewal I see 180gb for $200.

Is there any way I can get the $170 plan for cheaper price?
I saw some post/thread yesterday where users contact the online chat rep and manage to get the recharge for less but I cannot locate that thread now.
Can someone please share the info?

I'm on the $120 60GB plan that cost less than half that in last year's Black Friday sale. I know other customers who received a 25% ($30) off renewal offer. I didn't get one so enquired some weeks ago only to be told promo offers are allocated randomly. My plan expires on 30-Nov. I had also turned off auto-renew per advice from @Amazingone. I started a chat, thanked them for their kind bonus data offer, lamented that I wouldn't be able to use it, mentioned that others on the same plan had received retention offers, asked if they had any discretion, received a 25% discount. Not sure what's on offer for $200 180GB customers…

Mine auto-renewed today, but glitched and didn't include the 25% discount. Just finished a live chat where they processed a refund for the over-charge. Happy days!
I was inspired too, and tried the same thing on their live chat. I was told that "since you have received the same promo last year. We can only apply it once per account." :-(.
When pushed they offered a $10 credit instead.
