MuscleDiets is a meal delivery company. The meals are generally good but a couple miss the mark. I recommend the bigger, 400g portions unless you're dieting.

If you plan to subscribe for the free delivery and then ditch the subscription, you may still be charged the delivery fee (according to their terms and conditions). If you plan to ditch, at least remove your card from the website.

  Grabbed this previously when they had 40% off & 2 free meals and it was decent enough - definitely worth the discounted price.

  Housemate tried to order under a new name/account but the referrals don't seem to be working anymore? I don't see any extra $20 discount.

  I've found these to be quite good. I get tired of the same meals from a company no matter how good they might be, so I rotate between them.

  I tried the 400g ones, but couldn't finish them so went back to the 300g and then usually just demolish some chocolate after.

  These guys seem to have a 40% discount code just about every 2nd day.

  Meals are generally decent. I find sometimes they substitute meals or sometimes substitute ingredients in meals (without any sort of communication).

  Though for the price, they're hard to beat when you compare them to circa $10 meals from MyMuscleChef etc

    Oh yes, I've had substituted meals too. To be honest, it kinda pissed me off that they didn't even leave a note in the box explaining it. I didn't check them immediately, so I just ended up learning after I ate the same meal for maybe the 4th time when I only order 2 of each meal.

  Have they fixed issues with the weight of the meal and bullshit nutrition info? Last year orders came seriously underweight (320g instead of 400g) and with half of the proteins replaced with carbs.

  I wasn't a fan of the meals, each to their own. Not much out there these days that is good, musclechef, musclediets, youfoodz, etc.
