    New Boost Customer = Sim activation as a new number (or porting in from a different carrier) i.e. not for topping up existing Boost SIM.

  I would be grateful if someone could confirm this is teh deal summary: Upfront cost is $17 paid to Boost, and you get a SIM / e-SIM which has the first recharge of 60GB 28-day expiry data pre-loaded. Same data recharge deal for next 2 recharges, then back to 35GB on 4th recharge. Only for "new" customers, activate by 29 Apr 24 and 3rd recharge by 01 Jul 24.
  Initial cost of $17 offset by $17 cashback from Shopback. Net upfront cost = $NIL.
  Is that the deal?

      Nothing seems to work… maybe it just doesn't work at all for anyone. Only if you are lucky.

      Boost customer service is claiming that this is already discounted SIM so cashback comission is not allowed that is why there is an error.
      This is ridiculous, I guess time to create a shopback support case.

        After my advice to try again another member found it worked on next try

        Same advice from Boost to solve their problem - which they describe as a technical difficulty.

        Only had this issue once over many purchases in last year. Did another try few minutes later & worked.

    Already been mentioned several times in the comments. If you to take advantage of cashback you need to buy physical. You can convert to esim later.
