Help - Anyone Know How to Get Australian Delivery from The Kris Shop (Singapore Air)

Hi all,

Converted credit card points to Krisflyer (with the objective of booking a codeshare flight to NZ).
Nothing 6 months ago, and my points were expiring. Spent the 7200 to extend them.

4 months later, still not a single flight from anywhere in Australia to anywhere in NZ (looked all the way to April 2025, all code classes).

Called up and used chat..Nothing, nada….I'm guessing AirNZ partnership has gone sour.

My points expire again tonight, given up on NZ flight. So decided to buy booze.

But the delivery drop down box says Singapore, and you can't make it Australia?

Any ideas?

Chat again are useless.

Cheers all.

Mate just transfer Krisflyer points to Velocity. Transfer rate of 1.55:1.

Sure it's not the best, but at least you have those points which can be used on all of velocity network including to NZ, plus Velocity points don't expire.

Also, Krisshop only delivers either to your seat on Singapore Airlines or Scoot flights, or locally home delivery within Singapore.

I looked at diluting even further to Velocity, but the dilution makes them worth just under 2 domestic legs (say $450 worth)

Kris shop goodies valued at about $650.

Delivery link says international shipping available…but f'd if I can work it out (short of manually entering an address…which will have singapore in it somwhere (forced)…ie.

    best I can get is:

    8 Aussie St,
    Ozsuburb, Victoria 3000
    Australia
    Ozsuburb Victoria, Australia 3000
    Singapore

    Will that get here?

  • They will deliver only certain items, none of which are alcohol.
You can search for non-traveler, international delivery, but you need to keep specifying it each time.
Delivery is costly, via Dhl, but fast.

IMO, I would transfer to virgin, unless you specifically want a full price Xbox controller or designer scarf.

    • Ahhhh… I thought "non traveler" meant items for people who don't want to fly (ie. No travel pillows but giftcards instead).

      Well, this will be interesting…

  • Quick search through alcohol items in Krisshop “for non travellers” says, for each item, “delivery applicable for Singapore addresses only”.
    Use your points elsewhere
