Getting Cashrewards 403 Error - Anyone Else?

Have been getting an error 403 message when trying to sign into cashrewards. Both via app and chrome on Android and chrome and edge on PC. I have logged a ticket with them.
Anyone else getting the same?

    It's now working through mobile, not Wi-Fi. Hmmm

    Must be an internet config thing with my router or ISP - when i tried via my VPN it worked fine

    Umm…..
    I use more as NBN provider, returned the same 403 error, both mobile/apps and chrome.
    However, when I switch my mobile to 4G with Vodafone, it works on my phone.

    Getting the same error too now. I’m with Tangerine but mobile works ok

    I login to the app, but my details are all missing as if I no longer have an account, also my pending cashback is showing $0 now

    WTF is going on?

    ** Okay that is strange. Turn off wifi, go back into app via mobile data and now everything is normal and showing

    I raised a ticket with them via email and it got resolved in a day. I'm with super loop
