I have done my research and it seems that Greater Bank is my best bet to refinance an owner-occupied home as I am not inclined to go ahead with the Bank of China.
Does anyone know a broker who works with Greater Bank and is willing to give some of his/her commission away?

Historically when I went ahead with a broker, I could get more serviceablity for the loan I was after, that's the only reason why.

Idea of a Mortgage Broker is to compare and compete between lenders. If you only after Greater Bank, find a another lender with better rates and ask them to match or you pay someone else time.
