Seems to be at a decent price for the specs (cheaper than the non-solar version too). Some of the other instinct 2 watches are also on sale.

Interesting, Instinct Solar was $277+$11.50 delivery end of last year. I get around 2.5 weeks with some outdoor activities.

Anyone got this version and not need to charge for standard use and some sun exposure?

you don’t need to charge it every day AND it has NFC pay!

think the price can get lower on amazon though.

  It's been a while since I looked closely but I have the regular 2 solar and was looking at the fr255 for my wife. Instinct 2 has a couple of extra features like mountain bike dynamics but mostly the same.
  
  They both have the ability to control a smart trainer which can be hard to find in the not super expensive models.
  
  I think for the same money it's mostly down to aesthetics and personal preference.

I have the original instinct and love it. Missing the blood pressure monitor tho, so alternating with galaxy watch.
