[XB1, XSX] Minecraft + 3500 Minecoins Bundle $19 + Delivery ($0 C&C/In-Store) @ JB Hi-Fi

160

Not a bad deal if you consider the 3500 Minecoins go for $29.95 by themselves.

I purchased 3 years of Game pass back when the 1:1 conversion rate VPN hack etc still worked. Played a little Halo and some Forza but mainly my XSX is mainly used as a Minecraft machine thanks to my daughter.

Good to have a physical copy of the game as I probably won't renew Gamepass given it's track record over the past few years… will wait and see what happens with COD anyway!

Sweet, I ordered from EB for 98c more, but I had a $10 EB birthday voucher that expires in the next week or so, so got it for $9.98 all up :)

  • Thanks used my perks $10 off

Their website has a glitch atm where I was charged $19 and my $10 didn’t come off when I paid but I contacted them via chat and they refunded the $10

Good idea, tempted to get this even though I only have a 360.

  • Minecraft itself is only $14.97 on the Xbox store for the digital download version.

or the Deluxe Collection version is $19.97

Yer but your getting $30 worth of Minecoins for $19 or less with perks deal

      • Oh yeah good point. Only problem with the physical disc version is if you lose the disc then you lose access to the whole game.

        • I won’t be using the disc as I own it digitally and my daughter plays on her iPad so I’ll just give her the minecoins for her account

    • Would I get the PC version if I buy it thru xbox.com? Cheers

      • Just select the pc version in Microsoft

The PC version is a separate edition called Java & Bedrock Edition. It includes Minecraft for Windows and the Java version.

        https://www.xbox.com/en-AU/games/store/minecraft-java-bedroc…

        • It also includes Java edition for Mac

        • The Java edition has the added bonus of not having a single microtransaction in it - everything you pay for in the Bedrock editions, you can do for free in the Java edition, plus subtle to massive gameplay changes through mods.

      • Ahh I see.. Was looking for it yesterday. Cheers guys.

      • Java is the old version of the game, the original version. It was the best version and the one everyone modded. But the newer Bedrock edition is now the main version as far as Microsoft is concerned. Cross platform play isn't in Java edition, but on Bedrock you can join a game on your son's xbox with your phone, and your wife can join on her PC, etc.

        • Servers running geyser work for Java and bedrock clients. Bedrock clients can also run a geyser proxy to join Java servers

  • Are the mine coins cross platform, can you use them to buy the Nintendo themed levels on Switch?

    • I think the code in the box just needs to be redeem on your Microsoft account which would also be your Minecraft account

Correct me if I’m wrong anyone

    • Pretty sure the Coins will work on the same account across Xbox, PC, Swithc and mobile… probably just not PS.

  • How do you redeem these coin things? When I do it on my Xbox it just fails?
