  Maybeamacy …I would certainly hope so. I reckon 2 weeks is the use by date on roasted beans. Who knows how old the Lavazza beans are.

    If stored to exclude heat, moisture, air, etc, even ground coffee will last longer than that.

      I don't care what Michelin-starred restaurants are doing, the reality is it isn't fresh and will taste like crap fairly quick.
