        • Sounds like poor quality cabling, leave a bit of this out and save a bit :)

        • To me it sounds like it's not a hardware fault, hahah there's some crazy interference in your case rather than an issue with the mouse/keyboard. [well I guess you isolated that]

I think it's because your other mice probably didn't operate over bluetooth (rather 2.4GHz or USB) which is why they weren't affected.

  • Price matched at Officework Fyshwick…The staff checked Dicksmith website for stock level. He matched it anyway although Dicksmith stock level says Low Stock or Out of Stock for most of the branches around….

  • Currently One left in SA @ OFFICE WORKS Port Road (CROYDON) - staff there are very painful though, first guy tried telling me the local DSE was out of stock so he would not honour a price match, called someone else over when I reminded him there was more than 1 DSE in Australia - #2 then told me they would have to add $10 to the price to cover the equivalent freight cost - I agree and make a comment about how hard they were making the process and why bother with the big "price match" banners if they really didn't want to price match - also pointed out that about 5 staff members asked me if I needed a hand when looking around, yet now no one seemed to want to help me, this results in the manager being called on the PA to deal with a "customer" must be code for "d%ckhead". Manager comes over, doesn't look at me and tells the staffer #2 the Marion DSE has stock, #2 staff member walks off in disgust and asks a 3rd teamster to process the transaction - person 3 has no idea about the debacle so far, so teamster #1 comes back and tells them there is no stock in a cocky voice leaving #3 clueless and unsure of what to do ! I start getting sh$tty and am then told that I should appreciate that the price match has to be checked will only be honoured if they say so and I should appreciate they have to do their jobs. My reply was that so now I'm embarrassed by all this and they also feel the need to tell me I'm wrong and apparently stupid, yet you are going to price match anyway? I get the "thanks again Sir, I hope you enjoy the rest of your day" sarcasm.

Hard work - but worth it to save $70 on a keyboard and mouse !

  • Just got it from Glebe NSW around 6pm based on available stock in Marrickville DSE. Staff said there were 15 in stock on site but could not find them. After searching for about 15 minutes, he gave me the one that he reserved for himself which was super kind of him. Props to the Glebe store.
