Brand new and current model monitors in the Dell Outlet store!

I can understand Dell selling archived monitors or refurbished monitors in their Factory Outlet. However, they had the P2414H and the P2314H which are brand new & current monitors. Why would they want to sell for $168 when they sell the same ones in the normal store for $289+?
Anyone know the reason/s? Are these 'factory seconds' or something like that?
