The time limit to upgrade for Cod Ghost was 31st March, so this might be the same?
transfer service BEGINS on april 11th apparently.
It would take 2 weeks for them to deliver the game, so I dont think it would not come intime for the upgrade..

the only thing i can see about conditions to this is that "To transfer your PS3 account, you must have logged in to it from a PS3 at least once"
and the 30 day sub with game is cross platform venom i think, not sure about region locked though
You have to sign into the PSN from the PS4 and add it asyour primary.
Then you would have to apply the Upgrade code which is in the game box itself.
Once you have applid the upgrade code, you can then buy the PS4 game through PSN (for upgrade cost).But the upgrade code usually has a time limit which would be very soon, if it hasn't expired already…
So by the time that you get the game delivered the upgrade code may have expired…

The upgrade campaign will be offered from April 11, 2014 until December 31, 2014.
Users may upgrade free of charge via the Mog Station. (which i presume is an in-game thing, psn does not complete the upgrade)
Will the UK version be region locked? I know normal games aren't but I'm thinking this might be the case for MMO's…
