Hey I've never used steam before and don't have anything powerful enough to run this. Is there any way I can purchase this for free but not have to install steam? ( I was thinking down the track if I get into PC Gaming, The master race :p)
You'll need a steam account regardless but I think you can just add the game through the browser on the store page without needing the actual Steam application installed. If that doesn't work why not just install steam and add it? You don't need to actually install the game to add it permanently to your account.
Yes, just purchase through the Steam website. You will need to make a Steam account if you haven't already. When you install the Steam application and login with that account the game will be in in your games library.
