If you've purchased rear wipers from me and they don't fit, please let me know and I will provide you with a refund so you are not out of pocket for something that did not work. Please send all the details to my email below along with a picture of your wiper arm.

Incomplete Order?
If your order arrive incomplete, please let me know and I will fix it fast!

Confused About Sizing?
Measure your existing windscreen wipers from one end to the other. Take note of both measurements then convert it to inches. Round to the nearest, if your measurement is 17.5 inches, its best to select a 17 inch wiper.

Please note that 17 inches is the smallest wiper that we offer

Found this website which may assist with the rep not having to answer all wiper size questions :)

    Ordered btw.

    • It might not be accurate, best to measure your wipers. I use the wipertech website if my database can't help me.

  • Hi @streettuned, I am looking to order wipers for a 2009 Mazda2 - I believe the wipers are 14" and 24". Can these be cut to length? I'm also interested in the rear as well, if there's one to suit.

    • Yes they can but its a little time consuming with the back log of orders that we have to fulfill, so your order will be delayed by a few days. Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis.

      • Thanks - what I meant though, is whether it's easy enough for me to trim (do those end caps just come off and I can put them on again after it's been cut?) Or do you do the cutting prior to sending off?

        • +1

I do the cutting on my side before sending them off.

        • @streettuned: Thanks! Ordering soon.

Do you have rear wipers to suit the Mazda2 as well? The attachment mechanism looks different to usual.

  • Hey rep.

        • yep.

Thanks Rep. Bought 3 pairs in total. One pair of aftermarket flexi wiper in my local AutoOne is $120. Can't wait to see the result after installation.

  • @rep
have you started processing the orders yet?

    • +1

Yes we have, we are more focused on getting the wipers sent out rather than changing the status of the order online so you'll probably get the wiper before you get a 'completed order' email.

  • Anyone received it yet?

  • Mine came today. Fitted them.

Holy crap, these wipers are BAD! Not only do they not even clear the water, they make a shudder noise everytime. Seriously, this product is a complete dud. I'll be emailing them for a full refund. The RRP of 71.50 is a complete joke. They're pretty poorly made, too. Really pissed off.

    • Nvr mind

    • holypolly, now i worry.

    • Mine arrived yesterday too… haven't fitted them yet (or taken out of packaging). This doesn't sound promising though!

    • Mine arrived yesterday too. Will fit on the weekend. Slightly worried now :(

    • +1

Yes mine arrived today. Bright green cheap plastic blade. Very classy.
      Binned.

      • +3

you are supposed to remove the green plastic film.

        • +1

You actually made me double check that =/

        • @Pollywaffle:
          what is the new verdict?

        • +1

No new verdict. There isn't actually a protective film.

These are still dreadful. My old, worn out wipers genuinely work better.

        • @Pollywaffle:
When you get them out of the box there is a green slip that goes over the blade that needs to be removed.
          I purchased 2 sets,
Car #1, I put them on and drove home in the rain that night, The wipers going down cleared the screen like normal,.. Going up however would somehow bow the blade and make a pool of water on the screen,.. All the while making a earpiercing sqeek/screech.
Verdict= rubbish, removed and replaced with old shitty ones that work better but are smearing a bit.

Car #2, i didnt bother putting them on.

Contacted the rep and said they can have them back and to refund or tell me whats wrong with them.
Response was he will send a replacement which is guaranteed to be better.
Now just waiting for them to arrive in a timely fashion.

        • @ozy:

Oh yep, removed the green slip of course. I also emailed them, he told me to use some wax and grease remover on the windshield. That worked a little better, but still not 100%. He also asked me to send him a video of the issue and to post the blades back so he can check to see if they're faulty. I don't really have the time or want to spend more money posting these back.

        • Cheers. Guess I better open the pack before commenting further.

        • +1

          @Pollywaffle:

Agree 100% & old worn passenger side wiper blade is 1/2 missing & still works better.

        • +1

@ozy: so still waiting on them to arrive.
Going to open up a paypal dispute for faulty goods and failure to remedy the faulty blades.

I did message them 2weeks ago and ask whats taking so long, I was told they would be sent that day as they had to get it from the suppliers in a backorder.
12 days passed so i messaged again saying WTF has happened and where are they and was told they would be sent that day, with no explanation..
          Aaand still waiting.
          F@$& them.
I just wish they were local to me so i could vent.

        • @ozy: the replacements arrived today.
          Money not well spent.
Its the same design in a different box.
Oh well that was an expensive exersise, they are all in the bin, didnt bother putting them on.

The op could have saved postage and land fill for 8 wipers had he chosen to refund when asked.

I will stay clear off street tuned in future.

I dont understand how a company sends faulty wipers then says they will replace them.
Then has none in stock so doesnt tell the customer.
Then after weeks, is contacted by me again to get told they are coming from the supplier.
Then has to be reminded to send them.
Then is told they are being sent that day.
Then 12 days later is asked what the delay is and is told they are being sent 12 days after being told they would be sent via regular mail.
(Asked for express after being lied to 12 days prior, and was told its too expensive)
Good business would have just refunded by now.
          Instead sends the same rubbish!

  • I know OP has been busy and all. But I received the wrong order. Anyone know how to contact OP?

    • +2

      Probably by email:

This offer has ended. If you have any issues or questions, please email them to [email protected],

      • Did you take this from that comment a couple up from here that's been highlighted in big bold lettering? ;)

      • Thanks. Their reply speed is amazing. They pretty much replied immediately. Now I have to wait for the right ones to come….

  • I haven't received my order yet. Emailed them this morning and have not received a reply. Hope that this purchase won't turn sour.

    • Same here, probably due to a high volume of purchases. But lack of response is frustrating.

      • Same here, do not know what is going on, poor communication.

    • Mine arrived. One was the wrong size. The right size is on the way. Haven't fitted them yet, so can't comment on quality.

  • Put mine on last night, they seem to work quite well.

  • E-mail received at 4pm this afternoon:

Thank you for your order no: 140709-011259-**** placed on Wed 09 July 2014, 11:12 AM
The transaction was successful and we will ship your goods at the first possible opportunity.

More than a few days delay then!

If they are rubbish, they can have them back.

    • -2

Return without even bothering to open it… Trust me. Complete garbage. If i were the store owner, i would be embarrassed to sell these… Put the money towards the Bosches…

  • If you have a Honda car which the wiper moves in different directions, then don't bother with this set. The design on passenger wiper will has a lift force instead of down force during high speed driving.

They are designed for same direction movement.

Also the cap doesn't close on my J hook, therefore the wiper may move during wiping action.

Overall the quality seems cheap, but you get what you paid for. If I not living interstate, I would return them.

  • +3

Put mine on just before. Tested it to wipe off the excess water left over from the car wash, seemed okay, did notice streaking though. Did not make any significant noises. I will provide more feedback as I use them more.

    • +3

Whacked mine on today to replace some decent quality SCA blades and wipers that are a year or two old now, but still in great condition.

No change in wipe quality, noiseless and minimal streaking - any streaks ought to dry in a few seconds if you've got a good clean windshield anyway.

So for $20 or whatever they were, happy enough with them.

  • Very cheap & very bad quality. Save your $ next time. If yhou already bought it, welcome to the suckers club.

  • +2

No issues on my Honda. The plastic looks a little cheap but they work okay.

  • Mine arrived today. Haven't installed yet. Ordered towards the end of the deal.

    • Very poor packaging for this. Mine had a sticker on it saying that Australia Post had to repack it because it was poorly packaged by the sender.

I also ordered a rear wiper blade and specifically mentioned in the comment box when placing the order that I needed it to be cut down to 15"/375mm. Yet they send me a sealed 17"/425mm. Same as the front one I ordered.

I emailed support for a replacement blade cut to the correct size. Since they stuffed up the order and obviously didn't read the instructions I wrote saying I need the rear blade cut to a specific size.

  • From 9th until 18th, no contact.

    18th confirms order.

    23rd……….cancels order!

    • Still no refund!

  • Mine have not arrived yet, ordered on the 9th…. The rainy season is just about through here in Perth!

  • Fitted mine yesterday. It's only a 2 minute job, provided one doesn't fall apart on you!
Yeah, can't see those end caps stayinmg on by themselves for too long, especially if you can knock it off even just installing them!
On a good note, they seemed to work quite fine squirting water onto the screen. (and not that you'd normally have to say this…) But just waiting for some rain in Melbourne to test them out properly!!!

  • Ordered 10/7/2014, today 28/7/2014 still not receive anything.

Requested twice last week, response in two second, stated lost in post.

Today requested detail on post, no response as yet.

Should i ask for refund and go somewhere else.

    • Ask for a refund, the mongrels still haven't sent to me - nor refunded!

  • Still no refund and no wipers.

  • No wipers yet. Has been ~2 weeks.

  • I am all for supporting Australian businesses, particularly small ones, but after my experience with this one unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

Communication is not good, until you dispute via Paypal.
Even then, they do not co-operate. A tracking number was provided to Paypal (though I never even received notification of posting let alone a tracking number). The tracking results did not make sense, from Sydney to Singleton (nowhere near me) then back to Sydney again.

streettuned has not responded here to offer any apologies nor explainations but decided to message me (many times) yesterday - still no offer of real apology though and refusual to refund.

I submitted all information to Paypal and they (today) closed the account in my favour giving me a refund.

    • +2

Maybe time to start revoking some of these pos votes!!!

    • I searched our emails and could not find any email correspondence from you. Did you email us at all?

Your order was automatically cancelled by our online store because a dispute was raised.

Why didn't we email you? We couldn't match your username with your order however we did send you a PM via OzBargain to resolve this matter.

As for the parcel tracking, it scanned in Sydney then Singleton, and then back in Sydney, you're right. Why this is happening.. We're not sure and Australia Post doesn't even know which is why we lodged a dispute with them.

As we do not actively monitor this thread, we urge customers to email us directly if they have any concerns regarding their order; [email protected]

      • +1

well I emailed you several times with no resolution so far, my Order No: 140709-114146-8119,
I informed you wrong size blades were sent since 20/07 and I was assured the replacements will be shipped on 28th with on confirmation of shipment or response since 26th to my emails, please respond.

  • +4

Finally hit some heavy rain with my new wipers. I have to say, I am very happy with their performance. Super quiet and good water removal, the streaking has also stopped - I'd guess that the wipers were slightly dirty which caused it in the first place. So overall, happy with the purchase!

  • +1

Placed order for 3 blades including a rear blade. Got sent the wrong size and only 2 blades. Emailed them 2 weeks ago to be told a replacement will be arranged. Emailed again last week Friday asking about the status of the new blades, to be told that replacements were sent out the day before.

It's been over a week now, emailed yesterday as a "reply" and another email this morning as a "forward" using the email as above. ([email protected]) Haven't had any replies. Starting to get annoyed.

I'll give it another week, but if nothing turns up in the mail or email, I might have to go down the track that @whodidthat went.

  • Update:

Happy with the service and the product replacement they offered.
would buy more if they have future specials.

    Thanks Street Tuned.

  • still waiting for mine to come…

    • What a joke.

      • i filed a dispute with paypal, emailed them about my order and they said they forgot to send it. waited 2 weeks still nothing. emailed again and still no reply. gg

        • Escalate the dispute with PayPal!

        • @Snoop: I did and they offered me a partial refund…and told me to keep the wipers. But it's has been 2 weeks already. So how do I know if im going to receive it or they actually did send it in the first place? i also received an email saying that my order was canceled from them when i filed a dispute. I would be paying to receive nothing. unbelievable

        • +1

          @endeee:
Either way… Escalate it and get a full refund! PayPal usually side in favour of the purchaser!!! (consider it as compensation for your time and effort)

  • +2

UPDATE: my replacements finally came. it rained. UTTER RUBBISH.

The 2 blades both scratched my windscreen. I washed the car prior to installing the wipers incase it would scratch the glass. but guess what? they scratched the glass. and the ability of these so called "1000 point pressure" wipers simply dont work. my $20 super cheap auto ones did a WAY BETTER JOB than these pieces of crap.

I am so annoyed that they scratched my windshield, and let alone had to drive home with a blurry windscreen when it rained on me.

    • +1

Yep, I also have a nice little scratch on my windshield too. I don't understand how something so soft can scratch it. But either way, that scratch wasn't there before.

  • Anybody got instructions on how to cut these to size? The rear blade I received was not cut to size and its been three weeks since they said they would send the correct cut size replacement "Will do. Leave it with me."

Front blades were correct, installed and working fine without any problems. Although they aren't the best ones I've used.

    • Now I can't say this for certain… But when my end cap popped off and the rubber blade half fell out it appeared that you could take the actual blade out and probably trim the rubber and it's metal backing strips. Then it would just be a matter of cutting the outer plastic cover to length and popping the end cap back on!!!

  • I ordered two sets, one with rear, however I have only received one set. have sent email, but bio response.
@streettuned can you please look into it
