I can see there is a lot of kidding going on (no snigger person), but I was considering getting this game and will now definitely get it for that bargain price. Looking forward to being the goat.
At first I thought it was just a cheesy simulator milking the simulator series for all it's worth, but after playing with the demo after being goated by my friend to give this a go at least once I can recommend it, especially when it only costs you 6 bucks.
I've been goaded but never goated. Sounds painful.

I bought this at the same price during the Steam sale. I expected very little from it, but I actually sunk a few hours into it. Doesn't quite fall into 'so bad, it's good' catagory, but comes damn close.

On another note, if you like open world games where you could generally muck around and cause havoc, a better game to play would be Just Cause 2.
Of course, you wouldn't get to play as a goat, but the game is moddable and you could in theory skin the protagonist into a goat avatar with the grappling hooked skinned into the tongue.
And you'd still be able to shoot, blow stuff up and fly jets and choppers in an open world.
Just sayin', if you like aimless open world exploration, try out Just Cause 2.
