Clicking on Link Opens New Window/Tab

Hi Scotty\team\OB Community,

How would feel about external links opening up in new tabs\window just like Whirlpool does?

I find it annoying that I keep forgetting and have to click back.

You can already change your settings so that deal links open in a new window.

Go to your profile > edit > account and check "Deals open in new window".

Or do you mean all the links in the content? For example,

An OzBargain link will be opened in the same window, and

An external link will be opened in a new window/tab?

  Actually clicking your external link opens in the current window for me. (using chrome)

    Yes I was just given an example trying to figure out whether that's what the community wants. Currently all links open in the current window because it gives people choice.

      I think it might be useful if we're referring back to the deal page for comments or if there's still steps to getting the deal!

I always use the middle mouse button to open a new window.
