Yeah Sparkling Water is not nice too. Ordered it once in a vending machine thinking it was water… never again!
A co worker of mine thinks it helps him over come his soft drink habit, he likes it for the bubbles
Well if it works for him and helps him cut the sugar, then all the better for his body
