Basically, after every big match at the Australian Open they interview the winner. After the interview, the plate is put on the camera and the player signs what looks like the camera.

For those playing on their mobiles, the winners video is much longer at 38 seconds so you can easily tell which ones to reject.

Best method I reckon. Also I figured out its one of each prize per account. I played and won the tennis balls but didn't need them so put them back in the draw. Perseverance is the key to win in this game!

12 hours later and still no email :\ I knew something was up as it took a really long time to submit my claim form, and by the time the page loaded it retuned to the normal home screen and not the "congratulation you have won….." screen.

I can confirm you don't need to watch the video. If you win you will get a different message and after submitting your details you will find out what you won.
Some people just dont have any luck and unfortunately I am one of them. Have not won anything after hundreds of tries. personally, i think if the organisers had any sense, they'd release the prizes gradually. after all, no point putting them all available to win from the start if the comp runs until 12th december. i see a few beats winners, maybe theyre getting rid of them first and tvs are next? just a theory
