Similar to their previous survey offer but this time you need to enter the email address that you are registered under. Might not be for everyone but I believe SE has a large customer base on OzB and $15 will come in handy for their next sale.

First of all we thank you for taking part to this survey in return for a $15 store voucher.

However, this has also resulted in budget overblown in this survey campaign supported by our sponsors & vendors.

Luckily - you guys are one of our favourites and as long as we can do it, we definitely don't want to disappoint you :).

Therefore we are currently counting the numbers & arranging something similar for you guys out of our own pocket.

    Great customer relations with these guys. I completed the last survey posted on Ozbargain (before it was removed)and was not a member at the time. They followed up by email and still rewarded me with a free USB stick. Was very impressed.

    Thanks SE. I've purchased a decent about from SE but only when they have specials. Here are my top 2 suggestions. 1) Lower standard prices to compete with computer stores (Umart, MSY, PCCase etc etc). Their everyday prices are generally pretty terrible and non-competitive (their specials are awesome though) - maybe their business model is just about specials/promotions?
    2) Free shipping over x amount. Some type of shipping cap or free shipping would be great. I.e. spend $100+ shipping is $5. Spend $300+ shipping is free.

    i was forced to sign up for an account after doing the survey last time, in order to get my free movie ticket. AND THEY ACTUALLY SENT IT TO ME!!

    That account i setup will come in handy for my free $15.
    I think some of the big retailers can learn a thing or two from this mob … i will certainly shopping here next time I need to buy something (not just bcos of the free $15!)

      What how to attract the worst kind of customer? You aren't spending anything but you are grabbing freebies left and right.

      Now I have no drama with people going out there and grabbing deals but you are seriously abusing the system which is why companies don't do this kind of thing.

        companies are happy to pay 15 bux just to get sum1 on their mailing list.

  • FYI: Vouchers wont be issued until the completion of the survey (after 25/11).

    Also the first question you had to select at least 1 tickbox, however there was no option for "none of the above", what if I wasn't planning on buying any of these products?

        go to the website, on the bottom right corner there is an email subscription.
        Fill in your email, it should say that you are in their database.
        and they will send a link for you to resubscribe.

        • Thanks, I did find it with your help. However, it didn't say that I was in their database nor did I get a link to resubscribe; I instead just got resubscribed without any confirmation, which could be seen to be an invitation to spam

        You never know. Just like last time people without an account just did the survey and SE honored the reward if they were willing to register an account

    • You would think so. Great if there isn't.

      • There isn't a min spend last time, but the shipping charge is not discounted. $15 voucher cannot be used with any other voucher codes, and not valid for Epic Hour deals.

  • This reminds me the last survey, so i went in to check my account and emails, although i got confirmation email from SE says i'll receive $15 in next 48 hours, i never receive it. disappointed

    surprised some non-members are completing based on some comments above when haven't purchased before as the questions are quite specific for customer who has purchased before. their survey results are going to be somewhat meaningless. i don't feel right filling it so will give it a miss.

  • This was here a couple of months ago but removed as it was targeted.

    There is no link on the home page and the survey states "only available for email receivers and specially invited registered customers"

    Unless you got the invite you will not get credited.

    I did not use the $15 Store Credit from last deal, as it cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be used against shipping, it is better to buy when item on sale.

  • Damn I forgot about this, bought something from them earlier this week too and could have used the voucher I had received. Voucher expired on the 18th so can't use it now anyway.

    Worked fine for me and I didn't get any email from them. I can only assume that the email you put in at the end of the survey must match an email address in their database otherwise it won't work

  • Those having problem submitting the form, most likely because someone from your household or work had already submitted once (restricted by IP). Just try with your phone when not connected through WiFi.

  • We have quite a few number of reports stating that it's a Targeted Offer, as it's stated clearly in the Terms and Conditions that This survey is intended for pre-selected customers only. However due to the high number of votes on this deal, I would like to ask how many have actually received emails asking to fill in the survey?

    • I saw this deal, found I'd been sent the email, and used the email link.

      I think it should be allowed here, to let people like me know, but it should have "existing customers only" in title or something to not waste time for others.

      • At the same time we are trying to get moderation consistent, which is hard because in a lot of cases it's not black and white.

    • I think if you try to subscribe from the SE website it tells you if you have already subscribed.

      Although they did say that they would try their best to get the vouchers out before Black Friday, the T & C's of the original offer also said they have them out within 7 days so they do have until the 2nd Dec. In any case, I am not sure if you can stack vouchers when purchasing so would it be of any benefit even if they were out before BF.

      …and to answer the actual question, I haven't got mine either……

    • I am less annoyed by the minimum spend, more annoyed that it can't be used with other promotions eg the upcoming trifecta on Friday (I will be attempting anyway).

      If it can't be used as actual store credit I will be contacting them to have a whine.

    Pathetic deceptive offer. Its not a $15 voucher, its a discount code, stacked with conditions ($30 min spend, not including shipping, no Epic Hour items).
