• Competition commences on Monday 22nd December.

• Please note T&C number 10:

  There will be 4 draws each week at 2 Stanley Street, Silverwater NSW 2128 at 8am AEST on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

  The winner will be notified by E-newsletter mail out the following day of the draw that will be sent to all entrants.

  If the winner does not claim their prize within 3 hours from the announcement they will forfeit the prize and the winner of the next draw will be entitled to the forfeited prize as well as their own prize.

  Just checked and the T&C's state that the competition starts today at 6am.

  This is a game of chance. To be eligible to enter, individuals must subscribe to (or already be registered for) the 4WD Supacentre e-Newsletter between the 22 December 2014 and the 27 February 2015.
  Once you subscribe your name will be entered into the draw for your chance to win a prize.

  So perhaps there isn't an official entry form and entrants just need to sign up to the e-newsletter (bottom of the main page)?
