  Hope mine comes in on Tuesday as thats the last day to claim the camera. Mine shipped on Monday 30 March, but I am located in Perth which takes longer to come. TP-Link should actually give a longer deadline to claim the camera. 7 April is only giving 3 working days from 31 March due to Easter long weekend.

    if you didn't get it today, looks like tuesday. as good friday and monday are public holidays = no deliveries.

  Got it yesterday, very fast delivery, and great deal, so all good on that front, BUT, i think i should have stayed with TD-W8980…ever since going with the Archer D9, all my traffic goes to almost a stand still when I'm uploading things, it was all fine when i was uploading with the TD-W8980, i could still browse, e-mail etc at normal speeds, but now if I'm uploading, i cannot do anything else at the same time :(

  This is really crap from, Aust Post service. Parcel reached WA on Thursday night. But no update for today on their tracking system and might not end up getting it today to claim for the camera. TP-Link seriously needs to give longer claiming period after promotion ends. You only get 3 working days after 31 March to effectively claim it.

  I've installed heaps of modems/routers before, but I just can't get this one to work with Bigpond. Both PPPoE and PPPoA aren't working with my Bigpond user and pass. The settings appear to be the same as my old Netgear too.

    1. Online submission for redemption closes on 7th April 2015.

      Thanks,I only received my parcel this morning. I submitted the redemption anyway, no harm in trying. Hopefully they are a bit lenient on the cut off.

        I asked them about extending the date due to them giving such short time to claim it after 31 March (3 working days) due to the Easter holidays. Their reply is that it needs to be submitted by 7 April. Hopefully they will be flexible for your claim.

  I received the camera yesterday. Anyone have any idea what the bonus gift was if you "liked" them of Facebook? All I saw was some dodgy card wallet things.

  Also got camera today and 2 useless "wallets". Well over the 60 days they specified (but I did get onto them last week).
