    Good but… Isn't it annoying that the volume cuts to half when the battery is halved? Dealbreaker for me personally.

    FWIW…….. Never having heard the Sony I can still guarantee that it's better than the speaker I bought yesterday….

    I've been looking for a Bluetooth speaker for a while now and when doing my weekly shopping yesterday at Woolworths I noted that they had their own brand of computer products at 20% off.

    They have two Bluetooth speakers in their range, one about the size of a large packet of cigarettes and a cheaper one about the size of a Rubicks Cube.

    I had previously looked at the larger one, but when I picked up the smaller one it was SIGNIFICANTLY heavier. In the absence of any specifications on the box I figured the extra weight could only either be in the battery or driver size.

    So I purchased the smaller one at $20.

    Works great and, FOR MY NEEDS sounds fantastic.

    YMMV, but they're on special ($20 + $25) this week at Woolworths.

    EDIT: Also has a microphone / handsfree speaker-phone etc… And did I mention only $20 :D
