How about $5 earlybird CBD parking during the week! Now that'd be a deal!

    • I wish. The 'cheap' car parking my partner had on St. Kilda Rd has had 3 pay rises since Christmas. It was once a reasonable deal now its gone through the roof.

      • Probably mean price rise (vs pay rise)

    • dont think so - that's when they make real money because you have to park for work. :-)

  • Brisbane please!

Fantastic! Great job! The April free parking was very useful for me.

  • Thanks!

Brisbane $4 secure park after 4pm = "racqeve"

    Not all locations work though.

Excellent for those of us going to see Melbourne Victory vs Melbourne City on Friday night!

  • Damn, I just spent 100% more to park in the city last weekend.

I love secure book a bay. Semi easy to book, if you know your city streets, and it takes all the hassle out of hoping for a park. For $5 evening (normally) and $5 weekend. just awesome. Saves catching the train in when prices are so reasonable.

    • +1

Much more economical than the train when 2 or more go.

  • What constitutes 'night time'? Ie what time does night time start?

Also I can't see where you enter the code?

  • Hi Guys

I've had a tinker with the times/days and I can't seem to get a good deal.

Any suggestions for what I could do?

I'm getting into the city and plan on parking at 376 Flinders Street at 6pm on Friday 08/05 and needing to stay there til Saturday 9/05 11pm. I understand I could possibly move the car, would that work?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

    • as far as I can see there http://www.secureparking.com.au/car-parks/australia/vic/melbourne/Melbourne%20CBD/376-flinders-street?tier={850DEC1E-34F1-4C0C-8C04-F2BDF15E53E5}, you can choose the evening option for Friday (Fri - Sun 4.00pm - 5.00am.) or weekend parking Saturday - Sunday
(Enter After 5:00 AM and Exit Before 5:00 AM). Practically, you need to leave your bay and come back and book it in two times (I'm not sure, but maybe it will be enough to come there and just use your codes on the entrance and exit without driving in and out of the carpark)…
If somebody knows this, please advise..

    • That would constitute 2 days parking wouldn't it??
The WORST thing about the damn ScureParking website is the EARLYBIRD system. It's DODGY!!!

Ie: Look up a $10 car spot for an early bird the night before you want to use it -> They're listed as $10. Highlight it, continue with the booking process, it will say "No parks available". But go back and pick the $14 "Early Bird", guess what? They're MAGICALLY available!
There is NOTHING to distinguish a $10 EB park from a $14 one. There are NO markings within the car parks except for reserved parking.
So why are there no $10 spots available? It's a cash grab.. DODGY!

      • yep, it would! Looks like they have a limited number of bays which can be sold with lower prices, but maybe I'm wrong…

      • When I park Early Bird I try to book it weeks in advance, their $10 allocation tends to sell out quite far in advance and then the next price up becomes available. So you can get them but obviously they're really popular so there won't be any $10 ones left for say, this week. Some of the people in my office go in every day and book the $10 early bird for 30 days later, cos that's the furthest away you can book and they get the $10 nearly every time.

    • Some of hte carparks have attendants, I'm not sure in the 376 Flinders though, maybe give them a call.

  • Where do you put in the promo code? I've just selected a parking spot and it just has book now.

    • You need to login/register first.
Then the promo code can be put on the payment page, after you enter your details.

  • Damn… I paid $5 twice last week :(

    Savings missed: $6

  • Has anyone made a booking, paid for it and then tried move into a different month.

    • Tried and tried, tried to register however straight away the password won't work, wont allow me to login.
Reset password, use temp password to login and no asking me to change my temp password.
Find a few carparks non-of them have "book" function.
Finally find another one few blocks walk away that have such a link to book, however after selecting date and time and to book, it ask me to login again.
Then I tried both the password I set earlier and the password they sent as temp password, both doesn't work.
      Frustrated as.
Worse website I have ever used.

  • finally a reason to take my car into the city haha. thanks!
