        I tested it and it won't work if you start from applying from PAYG before selecting 10GB data plan.

        well, I added an PAYG sim and added the data plan then got the above message when applying the code.

        I selected the data pack right away then the code worked fine.

        I want to keep my number. May need to chat with their customer support then. Thanks :)

          you should be able to port your number after you receive your sim. Good idea to talk to them first

      you could try and get one with the same details on your existing account. After you get the SIM, ask them to merge them in one account

    if i already have a sim and purchase the data pack via this deal is it added/useable on my current plan or would i need to use the new sim to get the data ?
    when i try to add a data pack from my account it doesnt seem to give you anywhere to apply the coupon ?

      See my post above. I've sent a complaint via their online form asking why they punish existing customers by not letting us take advantage of these offers pointing out that we as customers don't need them but they certainly need us.

      It's pure madness - I wish to give them $75 but they apparently don't want it.

        They contacted me, the person I spoke with seemed to agree with me without saying too much as the calls are recorded so I guess they couldn't agree too much. They offered me the 10GB pack for $74.90 as a "one off" but said they would definitely refer my points to management as they do need to look after existing customers.

        Crazy to dangle a carrot like this and not allow current customers to bite at it, just makes us annoyed and angry. I very nearly jumped to Aldi.

        It's probably wishful thinking but maybe future offers will also be open to existing customers, here's hoping.

    I made a new Amaysim account for the $80 promo. Ported my current Amaysim number to Lyca Mobile, then ported that into a second new Amaysim SIM from Woolies and activated it on the $80 promo account and ported my old number (which was sitting with Lyca) at the same time.
    However, it looks like the second SIM on the new Amaysim account isn't sharing the data pack, unlike what I was told over the phone?!!!
