      I'm hardly a classical aficionado, but it really is better to listen to the pieces in their entirety, rather than cherry-picking well known movements out. Particularly the 1812, which is meant to build up over 10 minutes, not 30 seconds!

        I see and know what you are talking about. However, it's music … so one can do as one please, it isn't a case about cage vs free range eggs or a moral decision making , right ?

        Building up over 10 mins is good when you have time, but if you need a little 'boost' to run up a steep hill then it's ok too

      Yup, you can download to your laptop. Just go to "my library", locate the album/song, click on the 3 dot menu and select 'download'. From recollection, I think you can only directly download each song from Google Play twice.
