  • Can I just say, does anyone find it strange that chefs are now spruiking nutritional supplements? You would think with their access to a wide array of fruits and vegetables and all sorts of food, that maybe swisse tablets for a chef might be a bit… superfluous? It's kind of like a poisons company being heavily invested in food production…

    • Don't know much about that. However, I think celebrity chefs join these campaigns just to gain more fame and $$$. I doubt they care about all of these supplements.

IMO, just eat everything you like as long as you eat them in moderation and do exercises to keep yourself fit. Supplements and/or superfoods are not necessary at all!
