How to Spend $50 eBay Voucher

As majority of us would be brain storming now to decide what we are going to buy with the $50 ebay voucher we have acquired from the last deal.It needs to be redeemed before 31st July and i am really wishing to see another ebay 20 % deal before 31st July so that i can use this $50 voucher as well. (I don't' think they will consider this as a conjunction as this is voucher with $ value on it) . Just in case if any of such sales doesn't happen ,i really don't want to wait until the last moment and spend that $50 on something which we really need. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas about any forthcoming ebay sales this month or something which is worth for $50?

Didn't get it, but is the voucher a code, or credit on your account? If a code, you wont be able to stack it with another code (ie 10% 15% 20%)

If there is another 20% off eBay deal you won't be able to use it together as that would require another Coupon Code and the $50 voucher is also a coupon code. eBay only allows one Coupon code per transaction.

  • The voucher is a code so you won't be able to use it with any other codes such as usual 20% sale codes. Just wait for an eBay bargain to pop up that takes your interest and choose a backup item if none come up. I bought a mechanical keyboard with mine

  • Should we have the code already?

You must have one by now if you had satisfied the requirements..But you have to go to my ebay summary and scroll down..Looks like its the same code for everyone but will be applied only if you meet the requirements below

      • Yep, just spotted it. Thanks!

    • I received it via my email on the 01/07/15. Cheers.

  • Okay- I wasn't quite sure about the use of two codes-i thought this code may be considered as a credit..Terms and conditions below for anyone who hasn't read

  • I'm picking up a couple of these soon. If they are any good Ill buy 3 more with the $50 and mount them to the front of my house.

    • I have the equivalent purchased from Bunnings to project some light on a small staircase (5 steps) and it's quite poor. Keep in mind, direct sunlight during summer would probably make it work better, but I can't say I'm impressed.

      • I got my masters lights. One is broken, the other is bright and seems to work well. I would buy more if they didn't look so fragile. I have ordered one of these: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/3W-LED-Solar-LED-Lamp-Motion-…

        • Yeah they do look a little fragile. Maybe my one has a dud battery as the light doesn't seem to last very long either. That one looks much better and has a motion sensor. Let me know how it goes.

Lol, this is exactly what ebay wanted…wont be any other deals this month, and major retailers on the site will be holding prices so many will just have to buy something they dont really need..then watch in regret as a 15-20% promo is run early August ! Glad i did not buy into this cycle of artificial savings and discounts

    • It wasn't artificial..For eg for the first ebay group deal it was either 20% off or $50 voucher offer..Since i wanted 2 X items which was priced at $200,i have grabbed 1 for $160 and the other one for $200 with the voucher..Yes to the fact that i may not be spending this $50 on something which i need but as this voucher is not store specific and can be used for any ebay purchase am sure i can find things in ebay for $50 and also not inflated prices..

Prices on ebay fluctuate with the percentage deals on offer in many/most cases. The item you will buy in July was most likely 20% cheaper a week ago. It is a false, closed economy where you are locked in to spending more on items that you probably wouldnt normally buy over the longer term in which both saving and value diminish.

I hope you can find a good deal in july and Glad you managed to find a good deal in june that you are happy with….oh and thanks for the neg!

        • Neg wasn't me..i took the pros in your thinking..

Bought this for $287 (20% discount) using the CTWENTY code. Brought it back to Target, and they credited the full $359 back into my bank account, so +$72, and I received the $50 Ebay voucher on the 1st July as well, so +$122 overall. ;-)

  • your guys received $50 code? why i am not???

    • If you didn't get it on the 1st' July, then you won't get it unfortunately.

      • thanks.

i chat with support, and they are investegate

  • Does the 20% off everything happen very often on ebay?

Doesn't seem so. I think it was a once off chance.

  • I found it, put your mouse over the My Ebay on the top right corner in ebay and then the list should drop down and at the bottom it should say
"You have a $50.00 off coupon"

  • First world problem. When you dont have money, theres so many things you need. When you are given money, mind went blank. After spending on something useless, remember what you need. And regret. Rinse and repeat.

  • Mine wasn't showing up either but I had it.

Talked to ebay they suggested deleting cookies for the website.

But what it actually was AdBlock Plus! It blocks the voucher coming up on MyEbay.

Anyway code is: C50BONUS if you have it, it'll work.

  • For those who have used the voucher:

    Is there any minimum spend?
Does it work with any seller (including international sellers)?

    • +2

Just gave it a go on a test purchase, seems like you'll have to find stuff that will amount close to $50 or you won't get the rest of the credit back.

Doesn't seem to have any minimum spend, and yes it works with international sellers as well I believe (tried on a UK seller that ships to OZ).

  • I actually forgot about the voucher…Now i dont have anything I want to buy

    Fml

    • Gift cards?

  • If anyone ever got the LG g4 from the ozbargain deal and got the boot loop with most the LG G4, you'd be getting a new phone like me….

  • The $50 voucher will be available in your My eBay account from 8 July 2016
