I think you mean the Urbanite. These are more to compete with Beats than to replace the Momentums. Yes, if you are a bass head, wait for the Urbanites, If you like well presented music get these they are simply awesome and a no-brainer at this price.
Are you sure these are 2.0's? A new model was realised in April? And I'm assuming they are clearing and we are only now getting them in Australia
I thought the 2.0 is a Bluetooth version, not a replacement.

No, that would have been the momentum over ear headphones, which went on clearance sales a while back and are all gone now, I had ordered one but dick smith cancelled the transaction. The on ears had a rrp of about AUD $180.
You can find the over-ears in DJs too for $179 still. Call around :)
Question though: is it worth the extra ~$100 over these on-ears?
The over ears have much better sound quality, I have both. I got the on ears first, knowing what I know now, I would have just gone for the over ears. I guess whether it's worth an extra $104 is subjective, but I think so.
Of course the HD 650s are better again, but they are open back and no good for listening while others are around, also they are no good for a phone…
