I'm a little confused when it comes to electric blankets. I take 'fitted' to mean it can be used as an underblanket of sorts but the blurb describes people snuggling underneath it. Could you clarify? Is it designed as a type of throw or top blanket but can be fitted as an underblanket without design risks? Thanks!
