Lowest Airfare Guarantee
If we are required to beat your airfare quote and we don't then you Fly Free!
Your consultant will do everything they can to beat the airfare you have been quoted. If the qualifying criteria are met we will beat that price by $1 per person. If the qualifying criteria are met and your consultant does not beat your quoted price you will receive your flight free of charge.
So did anyone actually Fly Free with them before??
yeah, the entire premise is probably bogus. I presume they have a whole bunch of caveats around what is considered as a "legitimate" quote they have to beat.
Maybe, I got them down 40% once from a travel website (never mind that my wife was working in hospitality and had access to industry fares).. That was 10 years ago though..

There is only one caveat, they only need to beat it by $1
So if there is a $2,000 flight and they are losing $100 on it. They will give it to you for $1,999 and lose $101.
If they don't beat it, then they would lose $2,100 so of course they will just beat it for $1 and it to you for $1,999
It's rather simple and no one has ever flown for free
@Drew22: Yup; plus their are a number of conditions attached to it that would exclude things like price matching "flash" sales where the number of seats are very limited.

they are like dan murphy's price beat policy that they have been implementing recently. beating prices by 10cents.

A QLD newspaper article from 2012 about a guy who took flight centre to QCAT - Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (like VCAT in Vic) over their beat the price or it's free claim.
