Hi all. Being a creative type I am always looking for free fonts to jazz things up. This requires you to submit an email for newsletters, but using a service like 10minutemail.com will mean you're not annoyed with them.
I realise this may not be the biggest bargain in the world, but it's certainly useful for certain people in certain situations.

Commercial fonts can cost $370 to license, and independent typographers can charge from $5 to $100. So free ones are great for those who need them.
The internet is full of FREE fonts, many many good ones. In my 20+ years working as a graphic designer/art director in international design/advertising firms, I've never paid for fonts.
