      Why bold a blindingly obvious point already made by the OP?

      • Because it's JV

        To add some emphasis.

  • Are these popular here, they are like rolls Royce during 80s, 90s in Asia

    • I personally prefer cognac to whisky

      Pretty sure every vietnamese wedding has like 1000 bottles

        I thought they love Hennessy over Courvoisier haha.

          I'm not rich enough yet to know the difference haha

          @strikerzebra:
          Not rich either but the difference between XO and VS is substantial

        Cordon Bleau Brandy

        The rich ones ALWAYS use Martell.

        • Not always, I only drink cognac. Love my Hennessy XO. I have tried almost all brands of XO's but I always go back to Hennessy. I also tried Hennessy Pradis but I went back to XO. couldnt justify the price difference

          I like Martell, Remy Martin and few more… but its always Hennessy XO that is my regular preferred drink

        • @Bgaheer:
          how about Camus XO?

        • +1

          @Bgaheer: In terms of Vietnamese weddings 80% of the richer ones supply Martell XO or Cordon Bleu. The other 20% would supply Hennessy XO. Not a fan of cognac however the Cordon Bleu did go down smoothly. Can't justify paying $200 though.

        • @ftweet: Tried Martell, Courvoisier and Otard XOs. They all very close in taste to me, Courvoisier is a bit softer.
