Should I buy this tonight or would Boxing Day sale have something better?

Hi everyone,

This is my first post here. I did not even know this existed. I hope all of you nice people give me a true opinion

I am looking to buy a TV. The Good Guys deal seems good (Though I will have to travel 3 hours to collect it or get it sent)

My question is and I know it's a speculative one but someone out there might know more than me. Do you think Boxing Day sales will have a better deal or am I better off buying this one?

    Its such a cheap price for a tv, even if it were to be lower, cant be by much. . You can get a 28 degrees card which gives price protection for a small fee

    You won't find Samsung 40" TVs at that price very often.
    Unless your budget and requirements can handle a bigger TV, then go for this.

    buy using a credit card if you can that gives you shopper protection like 28 degrees for a price drop or citibank, just in case the prices are dropped for boxing day you will be covered.

    It is always the wrong time to buy technology. There will always be something cheaper and better in a couple of months. We have a 55" Samsung and the quality is terrific; I also like the think bezel it really makes the picture seem bigger.
