Simply place the chopping board over your sink, with the Colander in the sink. Chop up your vegetables on the board and slide the unwanted pieces into the colander. Remove the Colander and tip the unwanted pieces into the bin. Replace the colander and then slide the chopped veg into the Colander for a rinse. Easy peasy!
To make life even better, the Colander doubles up as a Steamer Basket. So once your veggies have been rinsed, simply lift the Colander out and place it in your pot ready for steaming, saving you on dishes and cleaning up.
The actual Cutting Board part is made from a 100 % renewable resource high quality bamboo which makes a safe cutting place for your knives. The surface will not absorb odours or flavor and naturally inhibits the growth of bacteria.
