  Just be aware that MS may or may not ship a controller you order from them. I had a 2+ week nightmare trying to get my silver Halo controller shipped, and in the end got them to cancel it and got a gift voucher from them for my trouble. Not worth the amount of time and follow-up.

    that reminds me… i still got to sort out the whole MGS V Collector edition issues where they sent the Day One edition instead of the ordered Collectors edition…. MS was suppose to tell me how to return it for a refund but then I haven't heard from them…. it's been extremely painful all round!

  Wow, their site is a total joke! Just goes into an endless loop at the "Review and place order" stage. In Firefox and IE. Click 'Complete purchase' and it loops back. Try their useless support and, surprise, they're useless!

  For those experiencing problems chekcking out, you have to pay via Credit Card and NOT Paypal. Paypal sends you on the never-ending checkout loop.
