I don't consider 1 hour to be a reasonable amount of time for a sale, and am getting sick of these 'epic hour', limited stock promotions.
I'm ok with the hour IF plenty of stock. But just realised now there's only 30 units available in this period !! Pretty bad. Wish I'd seen this stock quantity before my earlier positive comment.
+1 to this comment. This should be in the competitions section. Quantity of 30 is absurd.
FYI, so far 2 ozbargainers got it.
You say that in defence of the deal, but to my mind that's more of a condemnation. That's a reported success rate of 6.67%. That is terrible. Hardly 'another win' for OzBargainers. It's luck of the checkout draw, not a bargain.
The fact is 2 people benefited from the post and I am happy for them. Did the negativity help them? 0%.
@cmyk: A nice sentiment, really (no sarcasm), but my mind automatically goes to the dozens of people who couldn't get one, rather than the two who did. Collective numbers trump individual sentiment, to me. I know it's hard to distinguish, but I'm not criticising you for sharing.

Good to know an ozbargainer got 1 because a few people were negative about limited qty.
I got same drive for $161AUD including shipping from the amazon deal a while back. includes aussie warranty here at service centre.
