Just got this e-mail from Muffin Break as I'm a member of their old card membership program. If you sign up to the Muffin Break Club with your iOS app, then you get a free small coffee. It says that an Android app is on the way, and will be available around April 2016.
Successfully redeemed at the Fountain Gate, Victoria store. Your membership card will be a QR code… the staff member said that it wouldn't scan as it has to be a barcode, but she tried it anyway and it worked.

Tried this at the chatswood store and spent 15minutes with the staff trying to get the barcode to work, turns out their machine can't read it. They wouldn't honour the free coffee so just left the store. Waste of time.
