This is a great watch (I'm wearing one right now). The ticking is obnoxiously loud though.

    I have to put it in my living room at night, and if I don't close my bedroom door I can still hear it.
    
    I paid $40ish for mine and I love it though, and happily put up with the noise for the price. For $30 it is a dead-set bargain
