    A fair bit more (hard to give an exact figure as we use dynamic pricing) but best to use something like travago or hotels combined to check market price.

    Very confident that this is likely our best price anywhere, particularly over those dates.

        Ok, fair enough, on the balance this should be 25% -35% off, however as the resort fills the standard rate will rise. However the ozbargain rate is fixed so the discount could increase.

    Full rate appears to be $269 for the $129 room however one would assume this is offpeak now

      Off peak is usually half or less for normal prices…

        Most hotels are moving away from the tradition peak / off peak model and use more dynamic pricing like the airlines with the exception of some school holidays and the xmas/new year period, so it really is variable.

      That 'full rate' is absolute peak price, normal value for a 1 Bedroom is $195 - $215 for low season, however this does cover some school holiday periods.

  Nice looking place. It is just behind the casino/convention centre in broadbeach.
